  • Adapt style to top management leadership personality
  • Rather use smaller teams to allow for interactivity / questions by audience
  • Use tools which are same or similar to those that ees use in their private time (e.g. WhatsApp, Wechat). Consider having no agenda for these meetings
  • Try games such as true/untrue•Encourage camera usage to create more personal interaction

Don’ts:

• Get frustrated fast when people do not immediately interact
